A Patient’s Fantastic Voyage

 
 

OBJECTIVE

Our design team at athenahealth loves to to participate in the Austin design community. In addition to recruiting and thought leadership, we want to give back to a community that inspires and welcomes all.

SOLUTION

I suggested we submit ideas for Austin Design week and my co-worker Jacqueline Sliwinski proposed to take visitors on a fantastic voyage through the doctor’s office of the future.

Visitors were taken through our space as if they were visiting the doctor. Along with our co-worker, Kay Maloney, we designed an experience to check in, meet with a provider, and observe how healthcare technology could enhance the lives of millions.
